today is my appointment with the surgeon, as well with the dietician and the cardiologist,
i have already had my ekg and my meeting with the nurse as well as my blood work done. i dont know where i am in the process but im hoping that im progressing fairly well, I have to lose 16 lbs i think, and i also have to quit smoking. i am 3 days without a cigarette and i think i have lost 3 lbs i will find out today at the doctors.  wish me luck im excited and nervous!
