"My first impression of Dr. Carl Lowe was one of just Thankfulness. He listened and made things so much simplier. I have started my Journey and hopefully will get my Insurance approval and get a surgery date :) i have a surgery date Feb 23 I am so excited formy new life :0 I have had my surgery and I am doing so good what an awesome surgeon Dr. Carl Lowe is, i just can not believe how good I am doing.
