well time flies when you are having fun I guess.........It has been 2 years since I had my VSG done in the states (covered by ohip then).
I reached my goal with in a year and stayed the same weight. Never over the goal weight usually a few pounds under - so 164-169 the whole year.
I still have lots of restriction , I pay attention to what I eat : always protein first , never drink and eat.
I still do Pilates once a week and spinning / ski once a week.
I am thinking a tummy tuck but not sure if I feel like another surgery.
Life is good :-)
