Hello everyone! My name is Brandy and I'm 23 years. I was born and raised in Mississippi :) I'm here for one simple reason and that's to journal my weight loss. I am NOT having Bariatric Surgery and i'm surely not against it! I love the communty here at Obesity Help and I feel at home whenever I visit. The program that I am following is doctor monitored and consist of meal replacment shakes only. ( I can add a meal if I choose to) I chose a meal replacemnt plan because I simply need to learn how to eat (the correct way) all over again. I have very high hopes of getting ride of the weight I know it's very possible. The proof is here on Obesity Help!
