The Dreaded Stall

Well, well, well...here it is the dreaded stall. I, like most, was hoping to be the lucky one and just breeze right through.  
So, what do you do...wait it out and keep doing what your suppose to be doing. Hell, I'm still in my mushie diet which I still can't even stomach so been sticking with alot of soups and broth. Of course protein and water are first priority because I do not want to lose my hair and don't want to end up in the hospital for dehydration. Walks are my "get out of house card" to get away from the family for awhile so that's very important to me...if it rains...hello treadmill but be sure and lock the door behind you pop in a movie and keep on walking.

Mood...it's okay. Started back to work on Tuesday which has been nice. I love what I do so stress there is something I'm use to and really don't react to it like most.

Short term goal...well I really wanted to lose another 5lbs before leaving on our short vacation next week. Who knows...it might happen.

Support...at home the family doesn't notice any difference except I cannot eat what they eat. I cook their dinner then warm up mine. Still laugh because I'm generally a very slow eater anyway and they still leave me at the table ...seems nothing has changed because I'm still at the table with 3/4 less than what I generally eat. UUghh!

Still trying to listen to my itty bitty tummy. It's been kinda hard because it seems I'm always full. The only time I really fill hungry is late at nite and I have a rule to never eat after 6pm. Always been that way. Sometimes I satisfy the tummy by eating the famous sugar-free popcicles...yumm..yumm. Feel like that's my only sin of cheating.

So anyway...the dreaded stall. You better find someone else to pick on becaue I am not going to tolerate you anymore. Think I'm going to walk an extra 1/2mile until it breaks...woohoo!!
