You are about to embark on the most amazing transformation of you mind, body and soul. Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Sending Prayers your way that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands. May the guardian angels wrap their loving arms of protection around you during your surgery and recovery . Hi! Tuesday I went to the Information Seminar for Peachtree Surgical and Bariatrics with Dr. Duncan. His was very nice and has a great sense of humor. I got a lot of information, but mostly things that I already knew about the surgery. I am a little afraid about the possible risks but I think that they are outweighed by the benefits and the risks of remaining so overweight. I am even more committed to changing my lifestyle today than ever before. Today I mailed in my information packet and I am hoping to hear back from the Bariatric Consultant within the next week that they have received my packet. Then within the next 2 pr 3 weeks after that I will get a call from the physician's office to setup my first consultation. I am excited and I am really praying to have the surgery by the end of the summer. I know that will be very soon and may be wishful thinking but as long as I have it done I don't care how long it takes.
