Plateau's

I swear the entire month of April was a plateau.  Ok, maybe it was that bad but the weight loss is slowing down.  I think there are several factors (at least that is what I'm telling myself).  I am working with weights and working on the Couch to 5k training so I'm now running 16 minutes of the 30 minutes of training 3X a week.  So some could be muscle gain, additionally there is so many changes going on with my body and the significant weight loss, it needs time to catch up.  The good thing is people at work and friends are starting to notice.  It really helps to keep me motivated.  Next week will be the new challenge, I have to travel for work for the first time.  How will I handle food and exercise?  I know I will find the ways but it is definitely easier when you're in control and at home.  Monday is also my 6 week post-op visit - can't wait to update my weight - after this I'm only going to register the monthly loss.  Wish me luck!
