It's been a while since I have been on the site. I am actually now 6 months out and down 80 pounds. I feel great most of the time but having trouble finding any food that I have any interest in at all..... with the exception of fruit. I would absolutely do this again and have no regrets at all....

Today everything became a reality.... I had a few different doctor appointments. Although I knew all of this was going to happen, my appointments today really made me feel like things were moving along. I had an appointment with the doctor and surgeon. They are having me do a sleep study but were able to get me in next week. All of my follow-up appointments were made and now all I have to do is finish the classes. By the end of October I will be ready and my new date for surgery will be in December. My only requirement right now is to lose 20 pounds.

August 14th was my consult with the psychologist. Originally I thought  I was just going to check out the program and see what it entails. Much to my surprise, I was enrolled that day and the journey begins. I have to visit with a couple of more doctors and complete a series of 5 seminars before the date is scheduled. They are thinking November of this year.... I cannot wait.
