i suck at this

well what to say im scared to go back to doctor i think he will yell at me i have lost no wieght in 3months . i am tight i thought i was geting suck since i take about 4 bites and pb maybe that is all i am supposed to eat and then i take a sip to wash it down thing it will help nope.
