A little bit wont hurt!!??? Yeah right.

I have been struggling for quite awhile now and just feel like I need to share.. You would think after a year that the new life changes would have been stuck in every part of my being. If you catch your self saying just a little bit won't hurt think again. A little bit leads to a little more and then yet a little more. Until it is out of control. I am struggling to get back to basics. I don't want anyone to go through this it is tough. So while you still have to will power to say NO do it.
