It has been one year!!!

Well it has been exactly one year today, and i have lost half of me!! I am down to about 138 pounds and a size 7. I have been maintaining this weight for about a month and a half. Unfortunatley, there has been alot of stress that has assisted in the weight loss, but I am working on management of that issue. I just know I am will survive! So here I am, one year after weight loss surgery, I have lost 140 pounds.Good luck to everyone who is just starting the process, it is difficult, I know.
