"Dr Juarez is an extremely professional man, that takes each and every one of his patients health very serious. Though the office staff was not as professional as i feel they could be, both lacking in personality and customer service skills, they eventually did get the job done. The goal for both myself and the surgeon was to get the surgery approved and get it done so that I may enjoy a happier and healthier quality of life and that was achieved. "
