What a great day!  I had my first adjustment after surgery last month.  I am very excited!  I was supposed to do liquids today, and did much of the day, but I ate some chicken at lunch.  Had no problems.  I am really working at eating slowly.  That is one of my big hurdles.  God is so good to give us these wonderful doctors to "fix" what we mess up!!
