A little scare.....

Well people lesson learned here!! I was using the lotion that I wrote about last and low and behold it gave me a terrible rash around my incisions!! I was afraid I had made them infected but after going to the Dr and getting some steroid cream I am doing much much better!! Thank God they had already closed up and were healing. I thought I was going to scratch my stomach off they itched so badly!!

I am 5 weeks out this last Wed (Feb 3) and I weighed this morning and lost a total of 25.9lbs!! I had a four days where I didnt loos but a pound and it bothered me, but I picked back up working out in the gym and the next day I had lost another 2lbs!! It pays to do some kind of excersize for sure!!

I feel so much better an am so grateful to be eating more food like items!! I have noticed I need to eat SLOWLY!! I ate fast the other night becuase I was at school all day and when I got home I stuffed my face and guess what..........I got a stuck in my chest feeling......it hurt so bad and then the food came back up!! I NEVER want to do that again!!! Small bites, chew well, and swallow!!!

All and all I am feeling great and am so very happy with my decision!!
