4-17-07 Boy what a ride. Went to the "weekend in the pines" in Park Rapids, MN this past week and what a weekend it was. Barbara Thompson was there as a quest speaker and this woman is fabulous. This was there 1st time doing this and it was AWESOME. I have finally got my new picture added to my profile. Weighing in at 181. I am no longer consider morbidly obese just overweight and what a good feeling it is. My BMI is under 30. I have been feeling really good except I feel that I am constantly eating. That emotional eating seems to be coming back. Which was oh such a problem and nobody understands except someone that has struggled with a weight problem. The weekend in the pines was awesome and I hope that they will be able to do this again in the future. Thanks to everyone at Dakota Clinic for putting this on. It was a well needed weekend.
