40 today - I was hoping tha by this time today I would have been "fit and 40" but no surprise that weight loss plan fell through as they always do!

I have optifast shakes but no surgery appt. - I recieved the optifast shakes last week but still no dr's appt. Should I call the dr's office or will they call me with a date? I don't want to annoy anyone at his office.
