Just beginning my life journey to a healthier and fitter me. My story is just in its beginning stages. Surgery date coming up on June 18 2013 for VSG and i'm ready and nervous and the same time. For me I cant say that life has been truly affected by me bigger because I recently just started to gain weight the last 4 years of me life. In high school I was pretty fit and although I wasn't a toothpick I maintained a weight about 160-170 but to me I loved my shape. It was just the past year that I started to look at myself and not like what I was seeing. I did try to different things to try to get down to a normal weight but I just couldn't. So fast forward to now my doctor recommended the VSG surgery for me stating that it would be a good thing for me, and after all my researching ad classes I thought I could benefit from it as well. I'm 24 now and I just want to reset my body and and become a healthier person. So like I said its the beginning and i'm excited for the changes to come!!!!
