5mo post op...AMAZING

Well it's been five months post op and i'm down to 192lbs from 272lbs!  This journey has been amazing and I have had so many WOW moments and new life experiances it's been fantastic! I know i havent' stayed on the boards as much, but i really feel like because I've lost all this weight, i'm not sitting in front of a computer like i did before but actually LIVING my life!  I turned 30 in Jan and dreaded that birthday so much, but when It came I realized that this was the best birthday ever!  Not because i got gifts and a party but because I have LIFE, and ENERGY, and I'm excited about living and participating once again!  The Self-confidence i have gained and the joy that has entered my life since having my surgery is amazing!!!  I no longer feel like a wallflower or a watcher but a participant in everything I do!  

I hope that everyone else whether you are just beginning your journey or are years post of, can have the same Joy in life that i do now!!!

wt 5mo post op: 192lbs
total lost so far: 80lbs

Clothing before surgery: 20/22 2X or 3X
Clothing 5mo after surgery: L or XL shirts, and 13/14 pants
