Wow! havent been on here in a while....does not mean that I do not still need the support and reminders of the past that haunts me within. It seems like no matter how much I have lost and how I look like a total different person, I can't get rid of the huge person inside me that is always telling me I cant! I am working on it, but it might take a while longer. I am proud of myself dont get me wrong and have a much better self esteem...I have come a loooooong way like so many of you as well have. From over 400 pounds down to about 174 now. I am almost 6 foot tall so it works well on me...LOL! Happy HOlidays to you all and a Happy New Year, BE SAFE!

........I go to the doctor for my 3 month post-op appointment Wednesday the 6th....I am so excited!!! I am loosing pounds everyday and gaining confidence and self-esteem in place of them. Life is looking better every day. School starts back the 20th so I am also excited to show my classmates and professors all my hard work. Thanks to all my friends and family for the support....You all rock!!!

Woooo-hew! I had my 6 weeks follow up Wednesday the 25th, which actually ended up being 8 weeks out due to all of the floods........I am down 23 more pounds. I have to admit that even though that is good...I would have rather seen another 30 pounds minus on the scale like last time, but hey maybe next time!!! I am really just thankful that any is coming off since it seems to have been superglued to me for most of my life! My goal for my next follow up is to beat that.....I go back in August on the 6th so bring on the exercise!!!!!
