Well Hello my name is Tawnya Santos I have just move to Fort Hood,Texas. I am a 30 years old and a Military wife.We have 5 kids, 4 Girls and 1 boy (poor thing).My husband Chris and I have been married for 8 years. My husband is currently deployed in Iraq and he should be home sometime next year. I'm hoping to have my surgey while he is deployed. My oldest is 12 and she will be a huge help while he away. I know everyone says I should wait till Chris comes home, but i have been putting this off for about 5 years now. So I can no long wait, this is my time and i'm going to do it !!!! Yeah Me!!! I can no longer live like this. I have always been up and down with my weight. I had finaly lost 60 pounds and look great for the first tome in my live. And then I meet my husband, and not to long after Iwas going to have Our 1st child (Kattarina) I gain almost 80 pounds. And before I knew it I was having my 5th child and I never lost the weight. So now my youngest (Kailey) is turning 3 in Oct. And I still haven't lost the weight. I want this surgury so baddly not just to be able to paint my toes again. But so I'm health and HAPPY again !!! I want to be able to play jump rope and be able to go on fieled trips and not worry about what the other kids are saying about me. I don't want to be known as "The Fat Mom". My kids say that my weight don't bouther them. But they would never tell if it did. They are my whole world, my everything!!! I don't know what I would do if I ever loss them. And I sure don't wait them to loss me. I want my kids to be happy that I'm there Mom and not be ashamed of what I look like. So this is it,(GOD willing)!!!! I just keep praying that I can have this surgury. And than notthing will come up!!! The only thing that can keep me for getting this done is GOD him self.
