If anyone wants to know

Ok so I went to my 4th Nutrition class yesterday, two more to go and 3 life skillz and Im off.  Woo Hoo December 11th is my last and final class. Can anyone out there tell me about the 2 week OptiFast?  How does it taste?  Can you add fruit? is it as bad as I've been hearing
