2nd Fill Today

Got my 2nd fill today-another 1.5 cc for a total of 3 cc in my band now. I was up 1.5 lb. at today's weigh-in. I feel like I am making good food choices especially when I consider all the changes I've made in the last 8 weeks.After the fill appointment I stopped into the gym I've been wanting to check out and took a tour to check it out. I have an appointment tomorrow at 4:00 for orientation and to get started. I think the only way I'm am going to succeed is to exercise-unless I want to eat nada and I am not into that so much!
