So, I've only lost 24% of my excess weight, I should be at about 60% for 6 months, so I'm assuming 30% by 3 months. I have started exercising, last week I did weights/elliptical for a total of 45 minutes on Wednesday and Zumba on Saturday. This week I'm going to do M/W-weights/elliptical and Zumba again on Saturday. I really hope this helps as I still have 107 pounds to go. I'm still not at 50lbs loss from surgery. From highest weight, yes but not from surgery. I think I'm doomed to fail at wls...but I will keep trying. That's all i can do.
I also skipped my 12 week appt on the 10th, because I was ashamed that I hadn't been losing good. At my month 1 appt. the dr. was disappointed cause I'd only lost 17 lbs. and said most his patients lose a lb a day the 1st month. But oh, no that couldn't be me.

Month 2: -8.2 (282.2)
March 25- 278.8
April 1- 278.8 :(
April 8-274.2 (-4.6)
April 15- 273.6 (-.6) :-/
April 22-272.4 (-1.2)
