Yay! Wicked! Success! Before and after shots. - Before. I was 402 pounds.
Fifteen months later I am 278 pounds.
I still have a ways to go but I feel so fantastic and grateful that I can share before and after ...

Trying again for my before and after pics - When I copy and past my pictures, i just get the generic jpeg image, I don't actually see my photos. So I'll try pasting them in and maybe just because I can't see them doesn't me...
