Diet 180

It seems I'm still having trouble with weight fluctuation. I'm thinking about changing my diet completely. I need to make a 180 and cut out my usual foods and replace them with healthier foods I usually wouldn't eat. It sucks but my preferences (ex: pizza rolls) are not aiding my weightloss. I still can't believe I gained a few pounds. Ugh. :/
