Hello Terri!!! Congrats on your surgery with Dr. Batay Csorba & The Barix Clinics Team! I hope your journey is going well thus far. I thought you may be interested in joining an online email support group for Barix Clinics patients. We are a great group of friends and support persons. Best of all, we all follow the Barix program. We have members in every stage of the WLS process and we'd love to have you join us. Post questions, concerns and just gather amongst friends who know what you are going through. Terri! I'm glad to hear you are doing so well! I go in tomorrow morning for my surgery, the more information I find out the more nervous I become, but I hope you are adjusting well! Good Luck hun and soon I will be on the losing side! yay! ~Courtney Gagle

Terri beat me in telling you that she was on her way home. My 2 week appointment was today, so I went up and met Terri as she was on her way out. She said she felt like a truck had hit her, but she looked great! We are losers!!!!!!!

11/18/2004 - I'm home.Glad to with my family again - it was hard being up in Scottsdale without them! Surgery went well - no complications at all. Everyone at the Barix Clinic is great! I was treated like Royality! The gas pains are still kicking my butt!!! Once I get past the gas I think I will be doing pretty good. Trying to get my fluids in and walk and take Mylicon for the gas! All of you PLEASE keep praying for me! Leslie - I loves meeting you today - you look awsome! Thanks for the visit and encouragement!

Terri's husband writes that she completed the surgery without complications and is recovering. She has had her first post-op walk around the waiting area and was preparing to sleep through Monday Night Football when I left. Mre later.
