Okay I know I haven't been keeping up with my posting or pics but I'm so enjoying this new life of mine....people are trying to keep up with me these days instead of me trying to keep up with them....This has truly been a blessing in my life and all other areas as well.....I have lost 119 pds to date and I'm just 32 pds away from my own personal goal and I'm excited about that. Everyone knows my story about how I started off with the DS but I can truly say I would do it again if I had to even with all the problems I had but I'm a strong believer that you have to go thru something to truly appreciate the outcome of the situation and I truly appreciate what the Lord allowed Dr. Inman to do for me on that cold November day. I will get more pics up soon it is I just don't be thinking about pics even tho I don't have a problem taking pics anymore I just don't be thinking about it but I will be getting some up soon..........thanks guys for all yours support, love, encouragement and the next time the DS dinner is in Indy I will see you guys there!!! (LOL.....that was a hint)

Where does the time go just 6 months ago I was hating myself for having this surgery but I was the one that everything that could go wrong went wrong.....but today 6 months later I can truly say I love my DS!!!!!!!! I have lost 92 pds so far and I'm feeling great.

I guess I really haven't been paying attention to the time because I totally lost track. I'm down 85 pds and loving every bit of it the only stressful thing is trying to keep up with clothing size....LOL....it is funny how I have to hunt for something in the mornings for work everything is to big (never had that problem before). I know I have not updated my pics but I'm so working on that I promise  

I can't believe it has been 3 months already and I have lost another 10 pounds.. I can say I love my DS now!!!! I'm so excited about all the stuff I can do now like walk 10 blocks and I'm still feeling like I going to live when I get there, also to stand in line at walmart without having to sit down and make on of the kids stand in line for me. I know, I know where are the pics at I'm working on getting some pics.

Well I'm down 52 pds and happy about that, I haven't taken any new pics yet but I will get some up soon. These two month have been adventure some very bad and some good.....I went back to work and the crazy part about that is I'm very happy to be back at work. I can't wait to start working out so I can try and tighten up my legs and arms they aren't the bad but I want to try to keep on top of it. I had wow moment I have went from a size 26 pants to a 22 and a 2x top so I'm happy about that. Well just wanted to give a little update but I'm at work so got to go!!!!

Okay I have 8 days left before I get switched, I will be glad when it is over so I can start my new life because I just keep thinking about it  I'm even dreaming about it. I have heard so much good talk about my surgeon so I believe I'm in good hands. I have went out and got all my vitamins now I'm just waiting I have started taking some of them because I heard it is okay and even good before surgery.  I went to my first dinner with the Indy DS'ers and I had a great time, it was really nice meeting up with people that know what I will go thru for the most part and just seeing different aspects of the surgery there were people there a year old down to 4 wks so that was really interesting to see. Well just wanted to drop in an say hi to anyone who reads my profile. Till nex time!!!!

Okay I'm offically on the 2 week freak, wondering if I have everything that I need making sure everything is in place for the DH and children. I'm so excited that it is about to happen but I'm also freaking out but I know God would not put me in it and not bring me thru it so I know I'm good but I guest it is just the normal feelings that you get before a major life change.

  Well I had my pre-op testing yesterday and my also my medical clearance with Dr. Mick, all is good and I just waiting for my surgery day now I'm so glad all of that is over with. Just to give my friends an update with my quest to stop smoking I'm over a month clean from nicotine so I can do the happy dance I'm over the hump at this point. Well I'm at work have to go just wanted to drop a line or two!!!!!

Well wanted to update, I'm 23 days clean of nicotine!!!!!  so I'm doing the happy dance.

First I want to say "Thank you God" because without him nothing going on in my life would be possible, thank you again. Okay so I'm on my 12th day of no smoking and with each day I'm feeling better and healthier. I was just sitting thinking of how my real challenge will be after surgery because right now I know I have to stop for surgery. I have been praying for the strength to stay a non smoker after surgery because that is when the real smoking demons will be after me but I know for a fact that there is nothing impossible when you got the Heavenly Father on your side. Well I just wanted to update you guys on my stop smoking journey.

Well I went to my pre-op class yesterday and I must have been so ready to go, don't get me wrong the information given is much needed but it was from 8:30-3:00 I was tired. But that is done with and all I have left to do is my pre-op testing but that isn't until Oct. 29th so I get a little break. It is just going so fast now that I have a date, but I'm looking forward to being on the losers bench. Okay I'm at work so I have to go, will update later.
