Well I went to the simner like the 2nd week in Dec.
Got a call the next day from Dr.Glasses office had an appt on Dec 31st.
Then I had an appt with Kristen I think Jan 18th. Then the end of jan I meet the Psyc. So on the 26th of feb I went to get my results with the psyc that went great and he cleared me for surgery. I also meet with Kristen again that day and my blood presure was high and because I had two with them I did not have to have the 3rd vist with her.
Well they sent in my request and the insurance got it on 3/2/10. I then got a letter in the mail on 3/6/10. But I did't get the letter til Monday lol guess I was kinda busy.....
