I have not always been overweight, i had a heart attact in 2001 and 3 more from 02 t0 05.  Got depression  and hurt so bad that i wanted to die, was on 22 pills a day and i smoked. My grand sons wanted me to live and be with them for a long time, so that open my eyes i stop smoking and had gastric bypass surgery  in October 06, weight 376 lb, now 220. feel great walking 3 miles a day,now i take 4 pills a day, it`s like i got a new lease on life. I thank God for this new life and getting better every day.
