20 1/2 months gone...

just had a 20 month check up this past Tuesday.. well my doctor wasn't happy about my weight.. yea i slipped here a few months ago and just never shook those pounds off. i am proud to say i am back on track.. in my journey on this new life i have found there to be many obstacles but i know i can jump them all if i try hard enough. my own personal goal weight is 160lbs but the doctor goal weight for me is 170lbs. we the weather changing i do hope to get out doors more so i can accomplish getting to my personal goal. my only regret from this is i did not do it sooner.
