One year ago today I was having a change made to my body that ultimatley not only changed my body but my mind, and spirit. I am 115 pounds lighter in body, and 100% happier in my life. Making the decision to have this surgery was one of the best decsions that I have ever made. I thank the Lord above for making it possible to have had this surgery. I am not at my goal yet, but am ok with where I am. I will get to my goal eventually. My mindset is that it took many years to get to the size I once was, it isn't going to dispear in a year. I am on my way though. I thank my family for the never ending support that they have given me with this journey. I thank you all on this board for your support to. This board has been a god send to me. Teresa
