Worried! Not enough Weight Loss after One Month Po -  Hi, I had Gastric Bypass Roux en Y on June 28th and so far I have lost a grand total of 12 pounds. I am not sure why my weight loss is so slow. Any ideas, guys?

Hi guys: New member here Having Gastric Bypass on -  Hello, I just joined. I weigh 318 lbs, and am having Roux en Y surgery done on june 28th in 9 days. I would appreciate any advice from members that have had the surgery. Thank you
