My Weight gain story began after I had my 2nd child. I had two children back to back & never lost the baby weight from the last child. I have been over weight for 8 years now. It started @187 and @ my highest I weighted 210. The crazy thing is I am 5'1". Needless to say, I was miserable & unhealthy with a family history of heart disease & diabetics. My dad had his first heart attack @ the early age of 28, & had @ least 4 strokes by the time he was 60. All together he had 6 heart attacks. I was terrified of putting my children through the same thing, so I had the WLS. As of July 16th, 2008, my father lost his battle with heart disease & he went home to be with The Lord Jesus. My great joy is that he got to see me go from a size 24 to a size 16 before he left this world. He was proud of my accomplishment. 
I will be forever greatful to Dr. Spiegel for helping me create a better, healthier, happier, life for me & my family.
Highest Weight = 210lbs.
Surgery Weight = 207lbs.
Current Weight = 154.6bs.
Goal Weight = 125lbs. (5'1")
