Night Before Surgery!

Well, I can't believe it's here tomorrow! It's seems like just yesterday I had attended my first bariatric class and now I will have the surgery tomorrow. I'm very excited but also very nervous at the same time. I've chosen the sleeve because I know several people who've had the surgery and done very well with it. I've previously done Weight Watchers and was able to get 40 lbs off over the course of a year and maintained that weight until I had a car accident in 2011. Since my car accident in Jan '11, I've continued to gain weight and being unable to exercise due to back pain, I started to feel trapped in my own body. My hope with this surgery is really twofold, one being that I get healthy and really start living life and the second being that my back pain will get better with less weight holding it down. I'm 5'9 and weigh 258 lbs with a BMI of almost 40. I'm hoping to get down around 150 lbs, but any loss at this point will be a good loss for me. I would also like to say that I'm very lucky to have a supportive hubby, family & friends backing me on this decision and I hope that going through this surgery will allow us to enjoy life more fully together ♥
