My Update

it been a while since i have updated my page but here goes i am now 188 lbs  omg!!! from 275 to 188 in 8 mths i never thought i would be this size a 11/12 in pants size large in tops some medium depending on the cut or weigh this little i seriously have the greatest of support from friends online at work or at my dr's office and fam they have all been wonderful and my OH omg from the blogs to personal stories everyones struggle to come this far i have read at one point or another just to see and make sure that it wasn't just me that was going thur these situations from time to time and i can seriously say that without the great support you can fail i have felt alone until i meet up with my support group and then im hopes and goals seem still in reach and omg all my pics have shown me all my hard work since feb 12th 2009 and i am greatful 100% staring to live my life to the fulliest now and thanking god for everything.
