Update!
I just have to update my page to let you all know just how I am doing!! Wow. It has been so good. 46 pounds in about 2 months! Clothes getting baggy, rings falling off my fingers, lol, this is great. Effortless really, because I cannot eat alot! When I eat even a bite over what I need it feels like a brick inside my stomach and I have to stop. Really uncomfortable so I stop automatically! My weight is 274 last count..and shrinking!!
Wow Everyone! Today is April the 18th, 2007 and I just weighed in at 211 pounds! Yeahhhhh! First time since my High School days...I am so happy I can't even begin to explain. Doing so much and feeling so great!!
