"My first impression of Dr. Chung was nuetral. I had heard so many great things about him so I really didn't have anything negative to think about him. The office staff was extremely friendly and curteous. They were very eager to answer any of my questions and was very patient with me (seeing that I changed surgery date about 4 times due to trying to fit it around my husbands schedule). My first office visit was very short and straight to the point. I had did all my research and knew exactly what I wanted. My advice to any future patient is to make sure you know exactly what you want. Do your homework not only on the procedure but also on the Doctor and hospital where your procedure will be performed. I would rate Dr. Chung as a 8 so far. No one is perfect. As of today 11/11/06 I have not had my surgery yet it is scheduled for 11/14/06. I will let you know how it went."
