"My first impression of Dr. Gornichec was that he is really attentive. Seems like he really cares about his patients and he is very strict on whom he will or will not perform the surgery on. You have to have a concrete reason for either the lap band or the roux-en-y. I really can't say that I have found anything about him that I dislike. He has very strict rules about aftercare and your support system. In fact, he wants to meet at least one person in your support system within the first couple of appointments. He might not even go through with your appointment if he can't meet someone."
