Hello all! My name is Tiffany and I am 25 years old. I have been overweight since about the 3rd grade. That is when I remember this downward spiral beginning. Middle school was a little bit worse, and then comes highschool.... I was never picked on, but I always felt like the odd man out. People thought I was pretty, but I knew I was bigger than the average size 2/4 running around campus. Things with my weight leveled off for a couple years and then it has turned into a battle that I cannot fight anymore. During the past few years my weight has just gone up and up very steadily. I have dieted with no success until a few months before my wedding in 2009. I lost about 20 pounds, got married, and now 2 years later I have gained 50 pounds back. My husband and I have been trying to conceive our first baby for over 3 years now, with no luck. I am so incredibly tired of being unhappy with myself and ashamed that I have finally decided to take control. I am having Weight Loss Surgery.
