Life is a challenge

Yesterday my youngest daughter started her senior year. So happy but so sad at the same time. Not sure where time has gone? I had a very challenging summer, it was awful, and I am sure there is more to come with that stuff that happened over the summer, I am just waiting for my daughter to turn 18 and I am sure it will all start again. Hard to talk about!!!I am almost 3 years out from my surgery, I have done okay, I probably need to go back to basics to lose about 5lbs. but for the most part I have kept the weight off, very happy about that. I need to exercise, that would help.
