I started my weight loss on 5/24/12. Had my surgery on 6/19/12. I have lost 85 lbs in that time. I have no more pain in my body. Took 10 inches off my waist.m I am very proud of myself for this. It was so easy when I followed the plan. I was told last week by my surgeon I was a year ahead of schedule . YES YES AND YES

28 oz crushed tomato
14 oz chic broth
1 cup 1/2&1/2 fat free
10 fresh Basil leaves
Black pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste
Mix together simmer for 15 min
