BETH~~ I think that the fear of failure is a common one (Al Roker even mentioned it during his interview) That feeling that "what if I'm the ONE that this doesn't work for".... and now that I've lost work and the WLS has proven to work- my fear is that I won't be able to keep it off. We've all had so many failures in the past with our weight, that I think it's a normal to have these fears. ~~I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU ON YOUR BIG DAY~~ May you always have an Angel by your side......Someone there to catch you if you fall, Encouraging your dreams... Inspiring your happiness... holding your hand and helping your through it all.

Hi Sweety, I had mine at BTC in Ohio. They are the best. You are in good hands. I know you are scared. Just don't let that fear rob you of such a wonderful opportunity.

My best wishes for a safe and successful surgery. I hope all goes well for you and that you have a problem free recovery and a rapid weight loss. Beth, Congrats to you on making this very important step towards a healthier way of living. I think most of us had those fears that surgery would not work for us. We have lived a life of dieting and failure. The tool will give you the advantage of being able to malabsorb the nutrients and get a jump start on losing. The work is still up to you and modifying your behavior is a must for losing in the long term. Remember to eat protein and drink a lot of water and life will once again be yours. KimmieTN
