Yay! Got my new date!!! Start the two week liver diet 11/19. They did tell me I could eat a small meal on Thanksgiving. I am so excited and ready for this new life!

Today I completed my NUT class and psych eval. Tomorrow is upper GI (YUCK), and Thursday is pre-op class which has to be done at least two weeks prior to surgery. I should get my surgery date after this is complete. I'm so ready to do this! But I'm ner

I have loved the information that I have found and learned on this site. I am working on a list of things to get prepared before surgery. Think it's better to be prepared rather than trying to do it all post op.

Consult completed today!!! Nut and psych classes scheduled for Oct 20! Waiting on appointment to be schedules for upper GI then I will have surgery scheduled! EXCITED to be on the road to a new beginning!!

I know vitamins are essential. I am curious as to the type of vitamins that everyone is taking and what form? Powder, pill, gummies, chewables.
