A few years later....I now find myself gaining weight. Time to go back to the basics....142lbs.....

It's been over a year since I have posted anything. It's been interesting.  Hasn't been all roses.  I am currently 127lbs.  Funny thing is............when I look at myself I still see a fat girl. What is wrong with me!  At any rate, I now am experiencing memory loss along with an inability to retain new information.  It's crazy.  I'm deficient in several vitamins.  I'm scared to go back to the doctor for fear of hearing some more bad information.  I know I need to go because my health is NOT good at all.  Fear keeps me away. 

It's been awhile since I posted. While I am happy to have had this surgury, I must admit that I thought I would be smaller by now.  I am curently 146 lbs down from 244lbs.  I am still considered overweight!!  If I can just get those last 20 lbs off! I have not lost in 3 months...talk about a major stall! OMG, WHEN WILL IT END!!   I currently wear a size 10 or 8 depending on who makes it.  I'll check back later.....

I am so blessed to have been given the opportunity to have this surgery.  I feel so much better about myself.  Today I weighed in at 178 lbs.  I haven't seen that weight in years!!!

As of today April 4, 2007 my current weight is 185ls.  I got into my first size 12 today.

Well, my weight has begun to drop again.  I can finally see a difference now.  It's amazing.  I am now down to 191lbs.  I can't remember the last time I weighed that.  I am soo happy.  I feel a lot better.  I actually went jogging this past weekend for almost an hour with my 11 year old son.  Of course I was sore afterwards, but it was so worth it.   I still have not purchased any new clothes.  My husband keeps telling me I need to, I guess I am scared to throw away my old one and get new ones.  Maybe I will try to buy a pair of pants.  We'll see.   WOO HOO!! My life is changing for the best!!!!!

Okay, my weight loss is really slow.  I'm freaking out here.  What if I fail.  I am now at 198lbs.  That's 30 lbs since surgery 12/19/2006. 

Well I am currently weighing in at 202.3 lbs. Down from 237 on Dec 19, 2006.  It's coming along!!  I am soo glad I made this decision.

I haven't been updating this as much as I should have.  My surgery was 12-19-06 and to date I have lost 30 pounds.  I am currently at a stall.  Been there for a few weeks now.  Was getting down because of it, but I am going to try my best not to let it get to me.  I have noticed that my clothes are fitting much better.  I just can't wait until I am no longer considered fat. 

Well, I did it!  I had my surgery 3 days ago!  I am okay.  I am a little sore from the incisions, but all is well.  My children will be coming to live with me tommorrow.  I'm excited about that.  I decided not to go to NC to pick them up because I really need to rest.  So, my husband took the long drive alone.  I pray that he and the kids come back home to me in good health.  Well, my journey begins!!!
