well here I am, almost 9 months post op. what a ride!!! There have been so many positive changes in the past 9 months, I am so thankful for this 2nd chance.I am now wearing a size XL top and 12-14 pants...it feels so good to be able to go into "normal" stores and shop!
I went from a 46DD to 38D..the girls have suffered, but I am no longer 46 inches around!
My BMI puts me in the "over-weight" category, meaning I am no longer "obese"!
I work out 6-7 days a week and love it!
No more high blood pressure or pre-diabetes!
I started this journey at 315 and just today weighed in at 197.6, so I think I can safely say good bye to 200 land!
My body has transformed and I'm learning to accept the new me even with all the excess skin lol!
I love my RNY :)
