Hi OH Fam!I went for my 3-month visit today with my surgeon and my dietician. It's good to know that since surgery March 17,2010 I have lost a total of 50lbs and since the start of my weight loss journey I have lost 64lbs. I was dissappointed at first that everything seemed to be moving very slow but, I have seen that I have come a long way since last year. I am so proud of all of us for doing the right thing the healthy thing. Thank God!
