"I am so impressed with Dr. Keith and his staff. His whole program is very comprehensive and he had top notch people working for him. I am also impressed by what I've seen at the hospital. I am traveling from another state to see him and the staff are very nice in trying to schedule the pre-op appointments so I will have the least number of trips to take. They really emphasize pre-op education and post-op follow-up. I was in the health care field for 30 years and believe me surgical competence is more important than bedside manner although Dr. Keith has a great bedside manner and I hear he is a great surgeon. My surgery is scheduled for Dec. 14 so I will let you know how it went. "
