Started a new job, not eating good
Nov 14, 2009
My first week of my new job is over. As I look back I find myself not drinking as much as I need to and not having energy. How do people work full time, deal with customers and get all their water in everyday? I take yogurl, string cheese, applesauce and stuff I know I can get down without throwing up to eat througout the day. I'm thinking of starting to drink coffee again which I haven't done since before my surgery in August just to keep my energy up. I can't keep a drink at my desk but I get soooo thirsty and I know I am down about 20 oz. of water from where I need to be everyday. I try to take breaks as often as I can to go in the back and drink my water. I hope I figure something out. I don't think I should have to tell my work about my surgery, but what else can I do to be able to keep hydrated?
