I decided today that I really need to get back on track with my weight loss. I had a goal tonight to eat good and to not drink with my dinner, I am Happy to say that I did it, I will really focus in trying to not drink with my meals. With my new job I no longer have a gym so I am looking to join a gym, once I find one hopefully I can quit sitting on my butt watching TV and will get out and start working out.
