Hi Maria, so happy you have decided to take the journey of a life time. I too live in Simi Valley but I don't go out of the house, only for dr appts. I have agoraphobia and panic attacks around people. I almost didn't leave this message for fear that we live to close and might meet. I know sounds really silly. I wasn't always this way. There was a time when I was always active.Well I wanted to welcome you to the OH group and let you know that I am sure there are a lot of support groups out there I just don't go. I have a lot of friends on the board but that's as far as it goes. The people on the OH board are great people and You sound like your gonna fit right in and be another wonderful person that I would love to meet one day.
